Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of our software products through various testing methods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving defects to deliver high-quality, reliable software to our clients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Assures correctness and completeness of quality management documents.
• Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans)
• Conducts periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools.
• Gathers comments and feedback to optimize systems and processes.
• Reviews documentation and resolves identified issues.
• Maintains automated testing procedures.
• Control and update the quality management documents.
• Prepare & Perform inspection and auditing plans for all departments.
• Lead the ISO certification surveillance and renewal auditing.

 Other Requirements:

• Certification in standard quality management system ISO 9001
• Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 14001 & 45001

• High proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Innovative and detail-oriented
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
