QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to deliver a robust and user-friendly chatbot.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual testing on determined data products, identifying and documenting defects and inconsistencies.
• Log, track, and report bugs and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
• Maintain and improve the quality of our codebase.
• Author and review pull requests using GitHub for effective code collaboration.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as a QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda, ECR, and Cloudformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
• You have good English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams development
• Familiarity with generative AI
