Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.
  • Coordinate with inter department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.
  • Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.
  • Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.
  • Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.
  • To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.


Job Requirements & Skills:

  • Possess of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and good time management
