As an accomplished proposal writer, you will create, network and organize throughout the entire RFP process, from identification to submission. Your responsibilities will include writing detailed proposals, managing the organization’s presence in government and private procurement platforms, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, identifying potential RFP opportunities, collaborating with clients to craft tailored RFPs, and working with the team on strategic positioning. Additional responsibilities include delivering project outlines and schedules, applying different pricing strategies, and collaborating to effectively match our offerings and consulting services to the RFP’s requirements. We will look to you as the central point of contact who orchestrates all the details, asks the right questions and delivers the highest quality work for each proposal.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years of experience in government proposal content writing required
  • Two years of experience in government bid management required
  • Fluency and proven language proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English required
  • Ability to work every day in our Saudi Arabia office and as needed on-site at clients’ office required
