Project – Quality Manager

1. Quality Planning:
   • Develop and implement quality management plans for projects.
   • Define quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that project processes comply with established quality standards.
   • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
3. Quality Control:
   • Monitor project activities to ensure they meet quality requirements.
   • Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
4. Risk Management:
   • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks.
   • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
   • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and compliance.
6. Team Coordination:
   • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
   • Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as ASQ, PMP, or ISO 9001 are highly desirable.
• Experience:
  • Extensive experience in quality management within the relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of managing quality assurance and control processes.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.
