Reimagine What’s Possible
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accuracy of schedules.
- Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify any deviations.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and earned value analysis.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Organize and lead planning meetings, workshops, and progress review sessions.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule updates and project milestones.
- Ensure project schedules comply with industry standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedule updates, progress reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience: Must have Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for EPC projects in the oil & gas sector within the Gulf region.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS office, and other relevant project management tools.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certifications are Preferable.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
