Project Manager – IT

Job Description:

* 10+ years of overall IT experience with around 5+ years in Project Management

* Very good understanding of hands on Technical projects delivery and Scrum team management

* At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, ( Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)

* Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelines

* Exceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actions

* Good experience in Agile based delivery.

* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings

* Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and quality

* Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
