Job Description

The primary focus of the role will be planning and successful completion of local assembly projects in our Jubail Service center in coordination with service operations from sale to delivery and final payment / completion. The role will also be responsible to own and execute HVAC complex projects involving local assembly, supply and commissioning of equipment across the Middle East & Africa. The role will involve extensive customer and Service Operation liaison. The position will be based in Jubail Assembly center, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Owner of concluded HVAC contract order / projects – Supporting sales during quote stage and leading execution of HVAC project orders and Local Assembly until hand over to the customer, involving delivery, coordinating commissioning of equipments including closure of warranty claims
  • Owner of internal compliance process – Reviewing customer’s Purchase order and our offer to check and find if any gap or non-compliance.
  • Being the single point of contact to the Customer and accomplishing the project goals in terms of cost, time & quality taking support from BU Manager.
  • Leading Internal Handover meeting with P&A, Sales, and BU manager.
  • Order Booking in ERP system, receiving acknowledgment from factory and providing order acknowledgment to customers.
  • Leading Kick off meeting with customer and factories.
  • Organizing technical documentation as per project schedule from factories and submitting the same to customer as per agreed plan.
  • Resolving technical comments, waivers, and deviations approvals during order execution
  • Updating BU managers about project status on monthly basis and highlighting issues like payments and project delays and to customer as well.
  • Planning assembly projects in Jubail assembly center and coordinating the same with Service operations to meet the projects delivery as per agreed timeline.
  • Placing orders to local supplier and expediting as and when required
  • Invoicing and submission of supporting documents for stage payments.
  • Commissioning of the Equipments: Coordinating with Service department for deputing field service engineers.
  • In charge for final documentation submission, guarantees and order close outs as per customer’s requirements.
  • Supporting Account receivables team to follow up with customer on stage payments and taking support from sales for any issues.
  • Handling Logistics / order administration – Review and finalization of shipping documents.
  • Preparation and submission of Letter of credit documents.

Qualification and Experience:

  • An engineering degree, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (BEng) • The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in similar a role or in industrial equipment manufacturing company.
