• Manage existing customers, establish, and grow relationships with agreed accounts.
• Coordination of day-to-day Project operation.
• Onsite operations supervision support.
• Client/Network/Agent & Supplier Liaison.
• Handling of break bulk shipments including operations / administration / network and agent liaison / onsite operations planning and execution (staff, equipment planning).
• Pricing workout on project shipments.
• Coordination with carriers, vendors and other network counterparts on successful project operation.
• Timely file administration by following DBS KPI Guidelines.
• Minimum 5 years business experience in logistics industry-Preferably in projects.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Detailed knowledge of Freight forwarding/Project operations, supply chain management and solution design for freight and logistics services in relevant industry segment.
• High degree of work flexibility and willingness to work based on the site working hours.
