Overview

 

The Infrastructure Design Program Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the planning, development, and execution of infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Project Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

 

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. MMUP registration is a must

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
  • Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure design and construction.
