Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Projects Control Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for facilitating coordination between teams and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate collation and compilation of project information and will be overall responsible for maintaining and organizing project documentation and communication .
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders for projects-related communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared
- Collect and compile project data from various sources, including reports, meeting notes, and stakeholders’ inputs
- Maintain and update project control and commercial trackers (Potential Variation Request, Vo, Claims, payments, Bonds and Guarantees etc.) ensuring that all data is current and accurate.
- Monitor project progress, flagging any issues or discrepancies within the trackers for immediate attention
- Assist in the preparation of regular progress reports and presentations based on tracker data
- Upload and manage project-related documents required for Client approvals, ensuring all documentation meets the necessary standards
- Maintain an organized and accessible document repository for client approval submissions
- Performs other duties commensurate with functional level and responsibilities.
Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others. - Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of Projects Control Coordinator experience .
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
