Parsons in looking for talented Project Admin to join project team in the Head Office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and archive project documents, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Version Control: Ensure proper versioning of documents, tracking changes and maintaining an up-to-date repository.
- Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information and documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on document status, including submission, review, and approval timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to documentation.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in administrative support & document control in an engineering or construction environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure or construction project management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to documentation.
- Arabic language is a plus
