General Purpose of Role: To maintain project accounting procedures for project(s) assigned. Considers unique situations related to the contract, staff size, geographic location, etc. Helps ensure compliance with Company policy, project requirements, and good accounting procedures. Develops field office accounting procedures and instructions, performing regular reviews to evaluate performance in light of Company policy and procedures and good accounting practices.
Global Level: Summary Intermediate level position following defined processes and precedents to complete assigned tasks with increasing independence specific to area of specialty. This level is normally regarded as continued training and development.
Decision Making: Under general supervision, work may be varied and somewhat difficult but limited in scope. Ability to recommend alternative theories and solutions is limited.
Supervision Received: Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.
Supervision Authority: May assign and review activities or work of junior staff, but has no authority for performance evaluations impacting pay.
Communication: Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Systems, Processes &Tools: Intermediate understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field.

Typical Qualifications: University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 3+ years relevant experience.
