Job Description

 

• Design & develop the full process of product development and align cross-functional teams.

• Leading the process and ensure the implementation.

• Manage the company’s idea pipeline in terms of collection and filtration and the operations associated with this activity from product conceptualization until launch• Develop the company’s annual product development master plan.

• Lead cross-functional core teams to deliver other specific tasks related to product development according to the company strategy.

• Presenting the potential products to go to live and year-end product evaluation (P&L) to the executive team.

• Develop a reporting system to showcase the trends and insights for each business segment on the performance of the internal book and customer behavior.

• Present the behavior/usage to internal stakeholders on quarterly basis.

• Develop and utilize the analytics dashboard in order enable the process of product creation.

• Manage & analyze current book behavior by exploring customer behavior trends.

 

Skills

 

• Strong track record of working with business stakeholders to drive definitions, concepts, and alignments.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Experience in driving buisness value through data / analytics.

• Great people management and leadership skills
