- Coordinating for the evaluation of the contracts to assure that requirements such as answering proposal questions, reviewing and evaluating written proposals and making award recommendations on a timely basis.
- Assisting and documenting all amendments to the contract and obtaining required signatures
- Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services are in compliance to contract requirements and to UAE laws
- Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to assure sufficient funds are available to pay contractor.
- Reviewing and Verifying accuracy of invoices and authorizing payments consistent with contract terms.
- Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate the contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
- Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestion to improve it as in when needed
- Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
Experience
- 1 year of experience working with contracts or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
