Job Overview:

The Principal Talent Acquisition Adm provides solutions to problems based on practice and existing precedents or procedures. The work of the Principal Talent Acquisition Adm directly impacts the quality of the work of the team. They can communicate technical Talent Acquisition information to the team and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Create profiles or load CVs received from recruiters locally or globally or unsolicited CVs received from the team’s shared inbox into the Corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Update required and other applicable fields in the candidate profile page upon loading CVs into the ATS
  • Update and correct existing records and manage duplicate records in the ATS
  • Perform other administrative support duties such as creating requisitions in the ATS and posting jobs on the company website/internal job board and other external sites while ensuring that the posting appears professional and consistent with the applicable approved format
  • Collaborate with global talent acquisition and schedule interviews for all selected candidates by reaching out via phone and email
  • Complete weekly/monthly reports relating to the ATS
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions
  • Perform other tasks that may be required as per the need of the management, or the Talent Acquisition group as needed

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of administrative experience required
  • Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Experience with candidate sourcing is strongly preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment
