Job Description

  • Developing project schedules using Primavera software.
  • Analyzing project requirements and determining the necessary resources and materials.
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying issues or delays.
  • Coordinating with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of project objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in Primavera or other project management software.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
