Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the Municipal (Baladiya) Card.
  • Coordinates with other departments and prepares staff listings as and when required.
  • Assists in preparing and submitting reports required by the various government agencies and ministries.
  • Responsible for securing all the necessary visas required by the process, such as visit visas for hotel colleagues.
  • Assist colleagues in government-related matters.
  • Responsible for record-keeping of the validity of passports of all employees and advising concerned colleagues when their passports are due for renewal and updating it in the databases.
  • Preparation of relevant documents for medical examination and Iqama for employees.
  • Responsible for bank loan letters, and any other letters related to colleagues’ requests.
  • Responsible for entering new joiners in the medical insurance—GOSI—Qiwa.
  • Responsible for Causal staff time sheets and payroll.

 

Requirements:

  • Locals Only.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (writing & speaking).
  • Computer skills.
  • 0-2 years’ experience.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource Management.
