DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering all external phone calls and transfer them to the requested departments extensions
- Answering all the inquiries and questions of the customers
- Dialing the outside and international calls for the admitted patients and hospital staff
- Perform routine and repeated job includes operating the phone instruments
- Answering the internal lines and transferring them to the requested mobiles and land lines
- Preparing calls receipts and entering all the bills on computer
- Answering very quickly the emergencies codes like: code blue, code RRT, Code of fire Alarm
- Printing daily report about outside calls from the hospital and send it to Personnel Affairs
- Observing control board of the elevators inside the hospital
- Report any technical problems in elevator ,plumbing electricity and air condition…etc to the maintenance department immediately
- Informing shift supervisor about any problem that happens during the shift
- Announcing the emergency codes through public address
- Makes pages to the medical groups when there are medical emergencies codes very quickly
- Answering MOH requests through BADR system.
- Communicate with Communication Companies for any disconnect of service. 1
- Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patient as “ the patient is the center of our careâ€
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
- Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
- Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
- Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management system
