What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the performance review cycle and career planning practices, including the implementation of new competency frameworks.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of efficient and effective performance management activities to drive all colleagues’ productivity and growth.
  • Delivering suitable training, webinars and development initiatives as needed.
  • Administering the performance management system to maintain data accuracy and track key metrics.
  • Providing day-to-day guidance and coaching on performance and talent management. Reinforcing the development of a coaching culture aligned with the firm values as a way of inspiring our people.
  • Being a true business partner and working closely with the key stakeholders to fulfil the business objectives and support the organization development.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to all colleagues and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and recommending appropriate solutions. Managing grievances effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Assisting the Senior Manager on reviewing and enhancing the compensation and benefits policies/programs in alignment with the strategy and budgets.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to help execute the People & Culture strategy, share knowledge and best practices.
  • Promoting and supporting the firm’s employer brand in all activities within the firm and externally.
  • Support with the onboarding experience for team members to be based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Working on other people related projects, as required.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have a 2-4 years’ experience in a Human Resource role.
  • You’ll have a degree from an accredited university; HR-related education will be an asset.
  • You’ll have experience of managing performance and talent management cycles.
  • You’ll have experience working in a fast-paced atmosphere where a sense of urgency has been demonstrated.
  • You’ll have knowledge of current HR theories and practices.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of supporting daily HR operations for medium/ large organisations.
  • You’ll have proven ability articulate a vision and influence stakeholders.
  • You’ll be able to develop rapport with individuals across the firm, representing different perspectives, backgrounds and levels.
  • You’ll have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • You’ll have a track record of maintaining strictly confidential data.
  • You’ll be able to apply solid judgment and effective interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to meet multiple deadlines through strong organizational skills.
  • You’ll have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You’ll ideally have experience working in a professional services environment.
