Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support various operational functions to support Kuwait entity Operations. The role includes handling documentation, tendering and bidding related tasks, reports, and other tasks to support local operations as required by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sitting in the office reception, to Serve as the first point of contact for Facility visitors and clients
- Manage and maintain documentation related to government requirements, contracts, and compliance.
- Coordinate and support tendering and bidding processes, including preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for tendering, bidding, and documentation purposes.
- Support in preparing presentations and documentation required for KDIPA submissions and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments
- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and operational assistance as needed.
Educational Qualification and Experience Required:
- 0-3 years’ Experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (Read, Write, Speak)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Any degree qualification
- Degree in Engineering, Supply chain – Desirable
