Operation Specialist (Jeddah, KSA)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist based in Jeddah, KSA to monitor and expedite the arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments. Provide reports and analyze inbound, outbound, warehousing related data.

This position offers hybrid work (two days remote, three days in the office per week; however, more office days are encouraged), and is based at our 3PL site in Jeddah. 

Responsibilities:

• Track, monitor, and expedite the incoming and outgoing shipments. 
• Daily monitoring of SAP / WMS IDocs integration issues, leading identification of root causes and it’s resolution.
• Monitoring cycle and physical wall to wall stock counts and ensuring inventory adjustments are controlled.
• Supervise the warehouse team and monitor floor activities.
• Create a tracking log for delivery issues and identify root cause and assign corrective and preventive actions.
• Validate and verify the documentation and labeling for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• All orders are picked, packed and shipped according to each customer’s requirements for products, packaging, documentation, and transportation, with a high degree of accuracy and within planned lead times.
• All applicable procedures and work instructions are complete and accurate according to applicable quality, legal and financial regulations.
• All returns are investigated and completed on time.
• Tracking of defined KPI’S to support the operations in achieving its objectives and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and approaches for streamlining and automating routine processes.
• Ensure data accuracy within SAP.
• The time-schedule for the shipping of orders is respected.

Good to have:

• SAP superuser experience.
• Oracle experience (optional).
• iDoc errors investigation.
• SC project management or Change management.
• Middleware experience (plus).
• Excel and macros superuser experience.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experiences in:
• Logistics coordination (importing shipments, customs clearance procedure) at a 3PL environment.
• Warehouse activities coordination (following on the process of receiving shipments into the warehouse, picking and dispatching shipments from the warehouse).
• Experience in SAP / WMS Idoc resolution.
• Running reports and doing analysis on Excel.
• Communicating with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communicator and great team player.
• Problem Solving mind-set.
• Analytical Thinking.
• Fluency in English and preferable Arabic as well.
