Operations Manager:
Emerson is a global technology and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
The Operation Manager position will be based in Branch of Emerson Process Management in Eastern Province, Induscom KSA/ SPARK.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- They will participate in the annual budget process and handle monthly POR to meet site financial commitments.
- They will develop and complete an annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan in line with business budget requirements.
- Coordinate and allocate sufficient resources to different department to support monthly sales target.
- Leverage detailed execution strategies to reduce lead time, increase sales and deliver best-in-class service levels.
- They will be supervising & assisting factory manufacturer Rosemount products to conform with specifications, procedure, and certification requirements in an assembly line. This includes assembly of pressure, temperature, and level measurement instruments also future projects.
- Coordinate site maintenance and repair to ensure a safe working environment and ensure compliance to all safety regulations.
- Develop and implement inventory plans in according to business unit requirements.
- Develop supplier locally who can support with factory consumable needs. Lead all aspects of material management group to ensure sufficient material availability.
- Ensure all corporate Trade compliance policies and procedures are followed and met.
- Connect with factory employees periodically to discuss and advise them on the business condition, company focus and expectations.
- Ensure that the factory is compliant to local government requirements.
- Analyze site metrics, data and processes in order to develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and supervise site metrics and perform root cause analysis as required to ensure continues improvement across all operational aspects of site.
- Ensure operational training are provided to Supervisors, engineers to tackle problems and lead their departments through empowerment of the employees and continuous improvement principles.
- Collaborate with other functional leaders at the site to manage a team environment that consistently meet customer expectations.
- Participate in Project management, Sales, Procurement and Operation planning Sessions and develop Operation goals.
- Ensure effective leadership in QHSE, leading by example and setting the direction for a successful quality, health and safety program and creating a foundation for a positive culture.
- Ensure all legal requirements, Company QHSE Procedure & policy, and Local procedure & policy are communicated and implemented.
- Ensure effective management of QHSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, and incidents. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
- Facilitate all QHSE training assigned to you as an employee.

For this Role, You Will Need:
- Eligible candidates should have an Engineering / Equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
- Knowledge of sales & operation processes.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO45000 & ISO14000 management systems, Kanban, 5S and DMAIC problem solving process.
- Knowledge Logistic & warehouse Inventory management.
