About the role

As an Operations Excellence Support Specialist, you will be handling day to day operational excellence activities to support the business in shipments fulfillment by following end to end logistics process to achieve sales target, support company projects & maintain operations improvement – to simplify the processes, and empower our business.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing logistics management process from shipment to delivery
  • Coordinating vendors in daily basis (customs broker partner)
  • Processing service claims in electronic platforms¸ responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, compassionate & professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Price Lists Management
  • Build & manage SOP’s
  • Local invoices handling & Invoice Template manage
  • Carry out related communication with customers
  • Handling and processing necessary agreements.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Supply Chain)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Involvement in regional projects
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
