Offshore Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless scheduling, coordination, and management of Project personnel to support operational continuity and compliance with labour regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelors or Associate Degree or similar however relevant experience maybe taken if coupled with HNC/HND.

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years Experience in logistics coordination, preferably within personnel logistic role in Oil and Gas industry.

Technical and Business Skills

A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT

Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications

Extensive experience in a supervisory role
