Roles and Responsibility:
- Organize and manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, PMO activities, daily department tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for project managers, department head and division head.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
- Ordering necessary office supplies Agile Tools: Utilize PMO tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence etcetera for efficient project control.
- Own, track and update daily, weekly and monthly PMO reporting activities
Requirements:
- Proven track record in project coordination in Agile landscape, demonstrating expertise PMO practices/tasks and reporting.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in project coordination or department coordination.
- Previously involved in project teams with a basic understanding on project activities, roles and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Any relevant certifications is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Task management, tracking and reporting
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project tasks, teams, roles and responsibilities
