Responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the STA’s Learning Management System. Work closely with the IT/developers team, network/server administrators, and other technical service providers to ensure the LMS operates smoothly and meets the needs of all users, including learners, sponsors, trainers, and administrators. Supporting the delivery of high-quality training services through the LMS.

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Ensure that all training-related information (course details, brochures, advertisements, contact information, calendars, trainer profiles, and website content) is up to date within the LMS.
  • Register and manage access for all LMS users, maintaining accurate user information and creating communication groups as necessary.
  • Upload and update digital training materials and question banks, create exams, and manage exam notifications.
  • Organize online training sessions, ensuring effective communication regarding schedules, usage instructions, and policies.
  • Provide technical assistance to users, including specialized support for learners with disabilities or giftedness, and troubleshoot LMS issues.
  • Offer guidance on technical solutions and new feature development for the LMS.
  • Work closely with the SAFE Control Center to manage participant lists and support refund processes.
  • Prepare and issue certificates to successful participants while ensuring data security in line with protection policies.
  • Address training participant needs and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Establish a professional network to stay informed on industry developments.
  • Ensure adherence to SAFE’s management systems policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • +1 year of experience in various rules.
