Responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of legal proceedings and maintain accurate records.

Key Functional Accountabilities:
 

  • Represent the organization in amicable settlements for labor disputes with the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), ensuring the SAFE’s interests are protected and negotiations are conducted efficiently.
  • Upload invoices received from external law firms into the ERP system promptly and accurately to maintain meticulous record-keeping and facilitate financial management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications with external law firms, maintaining a comprehensive register containing essential information to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conducted legal research on various topics as required and performed initial reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed case briefs and legal memoranda to provide comprehensive support for ongoing legal proceedings, ensuring all pertinent information is accurately documented and readily accessible.
  • Manage administrative tasks within the legal department, including organizing and archiving contracts and other essential documents, to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with record-keeping requirements.

Job Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • +1 years of experience in Legal or a similar role
