In this role, you will be integral in shaping our company’s growth and enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic development initiatives and employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organizational development strategies that drive company performance and align with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Analyze data from employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to develop actionable insights.
  • Manage change management initiatives and ensure they are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to strengthen organizational cohesion.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make adjustments as necessary to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications for OD Senior Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
