MongoDB Consulting Engineer – Riyadh

We are seeking a Consulting Engineer who can contribute to our clients’ success by leveraging their technical expertise and bilingual skills (Arabic and English). Prior knowledge of MongoDB is mandatory.

  • Experience with MongoDB configuration and management
  • 5+ years of software development/consulting/support experience across diverse industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies
  • Competence in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, Go)
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with Linux diagnostics (Windows tuning knowledge is a plus)
• General requirements
  • Comfortable with working onsite in Riyadh, KSA

Responsibilities: As a Consulting Engineer, you will:

• Perform well-defined technical tasks as part of a delivery team on projects of varying complexity.
• Solve database and application issues, particularly related to MongoDB deployments.
• Demonstrate ownership of the full consulting lifecycle (for own tasks).
• Surface additional opportunities or risks encountered during customer engagements.
• Raise bug reports and feature requests based on customer feedback.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
• Collaborate with fellow consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams.
