KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To meet the season target (which is currently 90%) – major accountability.
• Right stock mix at all the time at all the shops.
• Targeting ultimate stock situation of 92:8 (ratio of new launches merchandise : old carry forward stock).

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Academic Education         :               Post Graduation in Management / Mathematics / Inventory or Logistics Management

Experience                           :               In total 4 – 5 yrs. Out of which 2 – 3 yrs. In a managerial capability in Retail Industry

Knowledge                           :               Inventory Management

Materials Management

Logistics                                                                              

Freight handling

Computer knowledge specially Excel                                                                                                             Elementary product knowledge
