Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills

10 years of proven experience as a physician with valid MoPH licensing of which 3 years experience in leading and managing healthcare organization / Polyclinic.
Certificate of completion of recognized ILS course Advance Life Support

Job responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the operations of company medical services toward providing exceptional healthcare to employees
The incumbent will lead Company Medical Center budget, and strategy, while offering expert medical direction and hands-on patient care
Partner with external organizations / parteners / stakeholders to ensure delivering comprehensive wellness programs that leads to build a healthier, happier workforce.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical services department, including staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Manage and oversee the secure storage and administration of all prescription and medications at the Medical Center, following established policies and procedures such as proper dispensing protocols and waste disposal guidelines.
Manage and Control Electronic Health Records system to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant employee medical records for efficient healthcare delivery and claims management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements of MoPH.
Monitor and analyze medical services data to identify trends, make recommendations for process improvements, and assess the effectiveness of interventions.
Supervise physicians and allied health team performance and conduct regular quality assurance activities
Interview patients to obtain history by performing physical examination, ordering lab and other tests, prescribing medications and treatments.
Provide clinical care to employees, diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
Perform first aid treatments and trainings to employees to provide them with knowledge of temporary urgent care in time of emergency
Oversee the required tests to support medical clearance for newly recruited staff in compliance with government rules and regulations
