MECHANICAL ENGINEER – COMMISSIONING

Position to be filled: Mechanical Engineer

Main requisites and general background:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector;

– Proficiency in mechanical design, equipment selection, and technical calculations;

– Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to mechanical systems and equipment;

– Ability to prepare mechanical drawings, specifications, and material requisitions;

– Understanding of preventive maintenance practices for mechanical systems;

– Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures;

– Knowledge of shutdown procedures and coordination involving mechanical systems;

– Strong analytical and problem
-solving skills;

– Good communication and teamwork abilities.
