WSP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our infrastructure project in Madinah. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly with experience in bridges and tunnels.

 

Your new role, what’s involved?

• Design and Analysis: Perform detailed mechanical design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including bridges and tunnels.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical engineering tasks within the project timeline.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all mechanical engineering work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any mechanical engineering issues that arise.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with a preference for candidates with experience in bridges and tunnels.
•  Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using engineering design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
