Job Description

Job title: Marketing Planning & Operations Manager, KSA

Ensure coordination, development, and execution of the marketing plan for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia across all businesses for healthcare laddering up into the overall META Marketing plan.

 

Your role:
Marketing Planning and Execution:

  • Support the Head of Marketing in the marketing planning processes for the Market and ensure alignment with other planning processes (eg. Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Strategic Plan of Record (SPoR), Business-Market Combination (BMC) etc.)
  • Create and maintain the local district marketing calendar based on the Health Systems Marketing Plan, local business objectives and enablers, including omnichannel activation.
  • Maintain the overview of the Market’s marketing budget.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to localize campaigns and identify localization requirements.
  • Manage the localization of global assets or creation of local assets with BMMs and ensure local assets are posted with correct Meta Data according to Legal and Regulatory guidelines and the guidelines of Engagement Strategy in the content management system (PAL 3.0).
  • Work with the Digital Marketing and brand & communications team on the activation of campaigns as per the Market marketing plan

 

Marketing Excellence and Performance

  • Responsible for driving the implementation of and adherence to marketing ways of working throughout KSA ensuring that operations are efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data.
  • Drive strategic problem-solving initiatives for marketing performance improvement based on data.

 

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Middle East, Turkiye & Africa (META). 

You’re the right fit if you have :

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing preferably in the Healthcare or Technology industry
  • Experience in the business to business (B2B) and/or business to Govt (B2G) domain in the Saudi market is a must,
  • Experience in working with Healthcare Professionals and Professional Medical Associations.
  • Strong project management and communications skills as well as ability to manage ambiguity while working with critical stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordinating marketing activities at a local market & business level
  • Ability to be a team player and influence peers and internal stakeholders irrespective of reporting lines.
  • A digital first, data driven mindset with strong experience in quick decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English & Arabic
