Logistics Co-Ordinator

Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Communications or related field from an accredited university/ Maritime Academy or equivalent with minimum ten (10+) years of relevant experience in the offshore oil & gas and logistics fields.

 Significant logistics experience with Offshore operators, with strong knowledge in supply chain management, good knowledge with marine transportation.

 Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for major oil& gas/ marine construction projects including minimum three (3) years in GCC region. Responsible and Accountable for assurance of the large inventory work scope.

• Monitor supply chains and shipments.
• Engage in regular communication with clients.
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
• Maintain accurate and consistent records.
• Manage inventory databases.
• Coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers.
• Oversee warehouse equipment and raw material orders.
• Keep organized logs and records of warehouse and executed orders.
