As a Learning & Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to exceed our guest’s expectations.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Champion a culture of learning and excellence by developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of various departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Regularly assess training effectiveness through analysis of performance metrics and feedback from guests and employees.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain exceptional service standards across all operational areas.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance protocols, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs to ensure all employees have access to up-to-date information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs and quality initiatives.

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in Learning & Quality. 
  • Strong analytical understanding. 
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills. 
  • Excellent command of the English language.
