We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Commercial/ Sales team as a Lead Cargo Global Accounts Officer in our office in Doha.

The role will be responsible to assist in managing a set of cargo global accounts and is a key contact for the accounts at a regional and corporate level to deliver exceptional service standards by actively managing the day to day movements of those accounts’ shipments within the Qatar Airways Cargo network. To enhance the customer experience for the cargo global account across the network from acceptance point until final delivery.

Some of the tasks include:
•    Providing essential support for Global Key Account management and development, and building and maintaining Global Key Account relationships.
•    Promoting additional cargo services available within the QR portfolio which add value to the client and increase revenue.
•    Performing full analysis, undertaking performance reviews and producing performance reports   for global accounts to identify key declines and growth.
•    Presenting qualified improvement strategies for key accounts to GKAM and Senior Manager Global Sales.
•    Following up on RFQ timelines set by the GKAM, ensuring timeliness are adhered to between key stakeholders and ensuring the customers remain at the forefront.

Qualifications

About you

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
•    3-5 years of experience within air cargo industry preferably on the commercial or revenue management part.
•    Good knowledge of airline cargo value chain with professional experience in a range of key function.
•    Good understanding in structuring complex deals is preferred
•    Proven experience in strong planning
•    Professional understanding of compliance responsibilities
•    Advanced MS Excel and Power Bi would be a plus
•    Excellent spoken and written English language skills
•    Self-motivated
