Position Summary:

  • To achieve sales per category through Direct / indirect customers management in food service channel & secure incremental sales through new acquiring

 

A day in the life:

  • Accountable for the achievement of his/her territory sales volumes by category.
  • Achieve the core distribution (listing of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)), picture of success targets and the agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
  • Generate leads for Beverage and Food Platform.
  • Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with DD to ensure covering new customers and providing high service level for our existing customers
  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned customers and managing Key account customers
  • Secure incremental sales by acquiring new customers in the assigned food service channels
  • Responsible for the execution of Channel and Customer Category plans at the point of sales as addressed by Sales Supervisor including the Picture of Success
  • Responsible for providing quality and on-time information about demand forecast from customer, report on market dynamics, novelties performance on the market.
  • Ensure adherence of all Company principles and policies
  • Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
  • Follow up with DD on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products with OOH customers

 

Are you a FIT?

  • 1-2 years of experience (in Field Sales, HORECA/B2B) , FMCG experience in food service is advantage
  • University Degree in Business or related field , English language is advantage
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong Excel, Powerpoint and data analysis skills
