Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our  Toyota Fleet Team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with Fleet Accounts. You will identify business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the corporate customer prospects and analyzing sales options

 

What you will do

  • Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and recommending solutions.
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines
  • Understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about the Lexus product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to corporate customers

 

Required skills to be successful

  • 2B2B Sales experience, fleet, or business development experience in the automotive industry
  • Adequate knowledge and work experience within the local UAE market
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • UAE Driving license is must

 

About the team
This role will report to the Corporate Sales Manager and you will interacts directly with Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, Branch Support Staff. People working within the automotive fleet industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Degree or Diploma education preferred, but not essential
  • At least 2 years in a fleet, business to business sales or major account sales role
  • Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE
  • Good knowledge of Toyota product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to corporate customers
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good levels of client empathy, strong negotiator & very persuasive
  • You must be honest and responsible with high levels of personal integrity and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
