In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build account map for key client to provide a holistic view and better understanding of the internal process and roles/ responsibilities of the different people within the client, and the relationship between them e.g., the decision maker, influencers, blockers, buyers, etc.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the key client needs/ requirements and driven situation.
  • Expand the existing relationships at all levels within the key client by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Establish the appropriate network of contacts within the client’s team and develop trusted relationships with them to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between the key client and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the client and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential to maximize share of wallet.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Key Account Analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition; and provide regular feedback.

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University Graduate in Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Health Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Pathology or equivalent, along with specialization in Business Administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the medical diagnostic industry preferably in POC or Lab environment.
  • Strong networking, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with MS Office, Miro, and CRM.
  • Travel: up to 25%
  • You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the Lab medical device / med-tech industry in KSA.
  • You possess excellent effective communications/ presentation, follow-up, administrative, organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate the ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
