Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Consultant to join our Professionalteam based in Muscat, Oman. The main function of this role will be to achieve maximum sales profitability, ensure growth, and account penetration within an assigned area for the Hospitality and BSC target groups by effectively advising our partners with the right Kärcher cleaning solutions and related services.
 

 

This is how you WOW:

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target and KPIs for the BSC and Hospitality Target Groups in Oman
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Heavily involved in prospecting, identifying new business opportunities within the market and managing Key Accounts.
  • Establish telephone calls, in-person visits, follow-up with existing and potential customers through a consultative selling approach.
  • Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to offer adequate solutio
  • Tailor customized solutions and presentation/demonstrations showcasing Kärcher’s professional line equipment and its value proposition for specific client needs.
  • Work closely with the Logistics and Product Management teams to provide accurate forecasting and processing of deliveries.
  • Accurately updating CRM with daily visit reports, customer account creation, lead generation, order creation and quote generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the BSC and Hospitality segments.
     

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in an MNC in the same industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, proactivity, customer-centricity, and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • CRM knowledge.
  • Excel knowledge
  • Spoken and written English proficiency is a must, Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid Omani driving license and willingness to travel within the region
