IT Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

•  
  • Spearhead the establishment and integration of critical systems including ERP, CRM, and collaborative office platforms in alignment with local needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive IT system training and support, troubleshooting complex issues to reinforce system reliability and efficiency.
  • Assess local IT requirements to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and adapt systems to meet daily business operations, collaborating with headquarters for system customization.
  • Facilitate IT aspects of office setups, liaising with vendors for the provision of IT, AV equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee daily IT maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operation.

Qualifications:

•  
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably within the automotive industry and startup environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in various application systems such as ERP (SAP), DMS, and CRM, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry’s IT landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • English, Arabic is preferred
