IT Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions within scope, budget, and timeline. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering open communication and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with stakeholders and motivating project teams to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and project management software.
• Sound understanding of IT concepts and technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in managing complex IT projects.
• Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
