Working for one of the most exciting Investment Companies in the GCC you will partner with the Head of Strategy to deploy a Group wide Investor Relations Strategy.

General Description:

The Investor Relations Manager leads the Investor Relations function, with primary responsibility for managing the relationship with Equity sell-side analysts and buy-side analysts and investors. The role is Abu Dhabi based but might require limited travel during Management Roadshow activity

   Job Description:

• Lead the development and implementation of the group investor relations strategy.
• Be the first point of call for investors when they require reporting, data, analytics and any other quantitative or qualitative information.
• Ongoing management of relationship with coverage equity analysts
• Support on management of relationship with Credit Rating Agencies
• Preparation of investor presentations, reports and other materials for quarterly results
• Lead the preparation of the company Annual Report
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Collation of financial consensus based on sell-side analysts submissions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent understanding of capital markets.
• Good understanding of ADX rules and regulations.
• Have a strong understanding of preparing investor presentations and reports.
• Have strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Skills.
• Be a clear and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting/economics/management/mathematics from a well reputed university.
• MBA / CPA/ACCA is a strong preference.
• 5+ years of experience within the capital markets space and ideally within Investor Relations of a listed entity.
