As a Stakeholder Management Coordinator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication between our Design teams and relevant Authority personnel or Government agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth information exchange and timely feedback to support project development and approval processes.

Liaise between the Design team and Authority personnel/Government agencies, fostering open communication and facilitating information exchange.

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Authorities to expedite feedback, comments, and approvals within designated timelines.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of authority requirements and regulations to keep abreast of updates and constraints that may impact project submissions.

Communicate authority requirements and constraints clearly to the Design team in advance of project submissions.

Collaborate with project managers to track and follow up on stakeholder communications and actions.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of an Architectural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited University

Maintaining a GPA of 2.7 or higher.

Available to participate in our 11-week Summer Internship Program from June to August 2024.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
