About this role

  • Support the Integration Management Office strategy in line with the overall corporate strategy and ensure its horizontal integration with interfacing Group strategies across Company.
  • Coordinate integration activities ensuring timely closure.
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure work is completed as per milestones and end-goals ensuring risk registration with mitigation plans.
  • Ensure standardization of business process and practices across all Groups and provide standardized input to IT about the end-state.
  • Utilizing steering committee approach, ensure establishment of process advisory boards to execute and monitor change in each process.
  • Ensure maximization of effectiveness and efficiency with optimized cost across Company through streamlining, optimum capacity utilization and maximum occupancy by identifying, tracking and following up on the implementation of infrastructure, logistics and office utilization opportunities in both South and North operations.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the Integration Manager to ensure decisions are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct analysis, develop reports and carry out investigations on strategic, operational or financial topics for the department.
  • Coordinate MLT meetings by setting the date, preparing and sending out the agenda, circulating the meeting minutes and decisions and following up on action items ensuring their completion.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8 years’ of experience in Oil & Gas industry, of which minimum 3 years’ is spent in a corporate role.
  • Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
