This involves processing insurance applications, verifying policy & claims documentation, and ensuring accuracy in policy issuance & Claims Processing . assist in evaluating risks, gathering relevant information, and conducting preliminary assessments to support underwriters & Claims in decision-making

Job Responsibilities

Process insurance applications and verify policy & Claims documentation
Assist in evaluating risks and gathering relevant information
Maintain underwriting & Claims databases In systems
Facilitate policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Handle inquiries from clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the achievement of business objectives
Timely issuance as per agreed SLA
Conduct Survey assessments to support underwriting – Claims decisions
Follow up recovery Cases after settling the claims.

Candidate Requirements

University / Diploma degree..
1 to 2 years.
Proficiency in using underwriting- claims software, Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
