Insulation Painting Superintendent

Supervises, manages and supports subcontractor to proceed

with construction effectively in accordance with project

specification under safe condition.

– The incharge of the construction in each discipline.

Reviews and approves construction execution plan(safety and

quality policy, manpower/equipment mobilization plan, temporary

facility plan, material control plan, etc.) from subcontractors.

– Prepares construction execution plan(safety and quality policy,

construction schedule and budget management, subcontractor

management strategy, etc.) and gets approval from CM in

advance to construction implementation.

– Reviews, approves and/or manages all letters and construction

documents(Daily, Weekly, Monthly report, Work Order, Method

Statement, Material Approval Request, Work Permit, Letter, etc.)

from/to subcontractor.

– Supervises and ensures safe condition at construction site in

cooperation with safety department.

– Supervises and ensure construction quality in accordance with

project specification and ITP(Inspection and Test Plan).

– Ensures necessary construction drawings and materials in

advance of construction implementation.

– Manages construction progress by checking daily, weekly and

monthly work done quantities.

– Prepares and reviews daily, weekly and monthly construction

report.

– Manages construction productivity to the maximum.

– Prepares and reviews construction M/S(Method Statement)

based on specification and requirements.

– Records B/P(Best Practice) and L/L(Lessons Learned).

Coordinates with other disciplines or departments to resolve

nterface issues.

– Reviews and understands Subcontract Agreement(Scope of

Work, Terms and Conditions, Definition and Measurement) and

manages claim from/to subcontractors.

– Performs final settlement with subcontractors.

– Plans and revises construction schedule according to the overall

project schedule and site condition.

– Evaluates and prepares reports for the construction progress and

programs.

– Communicate with client consistently to discuss and resolve any

construction issues.

– Organizes and manages construction organization for own

discipline.

– Educates and trains juniors consistently.

 

 

Knowledge & Qualification:

 

 

– Professional knowledge in construction management and

engineering standards.

– Computer application ability(MS Office, CAD, Smart Plant

Review, Navisworks, Primavera, etc.)
