Infrastructure Planning Consultant/ Advisor

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Infrastructure Planning Consultant/ Advisor to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising senior client managers on issues related to infrastructure and transport planning and requirements for new and renewed urban, housing, and mixed use developments and re-developments
• Collaborate effectively with concerned stakeholders to obtain the needed information in order to provide appropriate advice and recommendations
• Review and comment on various development and redevelopment masterplans in terms of infrastructure and transport needs
• Advise on budget and time planning and management
• provide technical guidance to young professionals and trainees
• other tasks as deemed appropriate

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Urban/Environmental Planning or related field from highly accredited western country university/ institution
• Typically 15+ years of related work experience, with at least 10 years in a developed Western country.
• Min 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Region.
• Excellent communication ( presentations, written and spoken) skills in English language.
• Thorough knowledge of urban/ Infrastructure/ environmental planning practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing PC and various software packages typically used in urban/environmental planning assignments is required
